After the success of Voilah! 2007, organized in close association with The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, the French Embassy has decided to launch a second edition of Voilah! French Festival Singapore.

As the curtain-raiser of Encore! The European Season in Singapore, Voilah! 2009 will be launched together with Encore! at the opening of the Christian Lacroix stage costume exhibition at The National Museum of Singapore.

From mid-March to mid-April, French colours will blossom in Singapore through a diverse array of cultural events. The Festival hopes to connect France and Singapore with it’s offers of some cheer and comfort in these times of duress through beauty, art and flavour.
